I started this tribe because it wasn't here when I looked for it! Brand design is so important for a clear world. Let's talk branding on tribe. We all deserve it.
About me and brand design: I happened into branding while doing what we called at the time, "special projects" in the trend forecasting world. I'm a futurist and in those days, the mid 90's I developed futuristic vision into whole brands or parts of brands depending on my clients needs. Toward the end of the decade, 'branding' was the big thing in graphic design and advertising. Connected to that world too, I realized this is what I do and it pays more with that name because companies are dedicating more of their budgets to it than they do to 'special projects' through trend forecasting firms. I love brand design and see it as a major part of creating the world we want.

This is a great tribe. We all live with branding in our lives either buying it or selling it.
I'm trying to make my business into a brand, and I hope to learn a lot from all of you....hope you don't mind!

Sat, April 30, 2005 - 10:12 AMHi, I new to the tribe. I'm with mktg&promotions. I was interested in branding and how it fits in the mktg,promotions and ad campaign. I think the more I learn about it here in this tribe the more successful my biz partner and I can become with our company.
Also I have advice and biz tactics to share with all if it involves venture capital, mktg strategies and promotions.
As I once was taught,.."Lift left leg, Lift right leg,..they call it walking. Come on in Full Circle!!"

I own a marketing company based in Jacksonville, FL that focuses on providing artists and entrepreneurs worldwide with resources that will allow them to gain exposure for their products, services or themselves. The name of our company is (well... the NEW name is AMBITIONN INTERNATIONAL, INC.) Thu, December 15, 2005 - 1:27 AMGood evening everyone! Many thanks to Caroline for the intuition to start this tribe. I've done a little logo work in the past, and implemented it on a new conceptual site that I am working on. I'd be glad to put up some logos for critique from everyone if they wish, and in the future, offer space on my site for fellow tribers that wish to display some of their work/knowledge as well for added exposure.
